- LAUTECH must be selected as first choice during the 2026 UTME. Candidates who did not choose the university as their first choice can still apply after changing their institution to LAUTECH through JAMB.
- UTME candidates must have scored at least 170 in the 2026 UTME. However, some courses require higher cut-off marks, so candidates should confirm the requirement for their chosen programme before applying.
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2026.
- Candidates must possess the required O'Level credits for their chosen course and upload their results to JAMB CAPS before the deadline.
- Direct Entry candidates must possess one of the approved qualifications and have obtained the JAMB Direct Entry Form before applying.

Candidates who meet the admission requirements can apply for the LAUTECH Post UTME screening by following the steps below:
- Visit the LAUTECH undergraduate admission portal and begin your application.
- Pay the non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 and the portal access fee of ₦5,000 using an InterSwitch-enabled debit card.
- Complete the online application form with the correct personal and academic details.
- Upload a recent passport photograph with a white background in JPEG format. The passport must not be more than 20KB in size.
- Carefully review all the information you have entered before submitting the application.
- Submit the completed application form and print your acknowledgement slip for future reference.
