Privacy Policy
This page explains what AdmitHub NG collects when you visit, why, and what we do with it. We've kept it in plain English instead of legal fog. Last updated July 2026.
The short version
We don't sell your data, we don't make you log in to read anything, and we don't use tracking cookies to follow you around the web. We do keep basic, anonymised stats about which pages get read, and if you comment or message us, we keep what you send.
What we collect
Visit statistics
When you open a page, we note which page it was, roughly where you came from (say, a Google search or a link shared on WhatsApp), your device type, and your country. To count visitors without identifying anyone, your IP address is scrambled with a one-way code that changes every day — we never store your real IP, and we don't set a cookie for this.
Comments
Leave a comment and we store the name you type, your email, and the comment itself. Your name and comment can show publicly once we approve them; your email stays private and is only there in case we need to reach you about what you wrote.
Contact messages
Use the contact form and your name, email and message come to our inbox so we can reply. We hold on to those while they're useful, then clear them out.
Ads
We may run ads to keep the site free. When we do, providers like Google AdSense can use their own cookies to choose ads and measure how they perform. That part is theirs to control, not ours — you can manage or switch off personalised ads through your Google account or your browser settings.
Things we rely on
Some pages pull in fonts and scripts hosted by Google, so Google's servers see the usual request details (like your IP and browser) needed to send those files. How they handle that is on them.
Your choices
- You can read the whole site without handing over a single personal detail.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser whenever you like.
- You can ask us to delete a comment or message you sent — just say so.
Younger readers
A lot of our readers are secondary school students, and that's exactly who the site is for. We don't knowingly collect anything beyond the basics above from anyone, whatever their age. Parents who want a comment or message removed can contact us and we'll handle it.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Anything major will be hard to miss.
